2001 YZ426F FIVE SPEED BOTTEM END,
450 NIKASIL CYLINDER, HEAD IS PORTED
AND POLISHED BY HAMMER, MOTOR HAS
15 HOURS ON IT AND RUNS STRONG!

Hi,
What we have here is a highly modified YZ426 motor.
It started out like this I own a YZ450f 2003 dirtbike.
I did not like the 4 speed trany.So a friend from
the Yamaha shop and I did some thinking.He did all
the cross reference and this is what we came up
with.We took a yz426 bottom end put (YZ450F ROD)
three cylinder gaskets(to make up the difference between the
yz426 to the yz450 cylinder)a yz450 cylinder that
has the nikasil stock 450 bore.Then we put two
head gaskets( to make the difference again)then
put the head on,that was ported and polished
by HAMMER.This motor is reliable and super fast.
A YZ470 was also built using this technique.I
only wanted to go to a 450 for strength and
reliability.But that guys motor is still going strong.
and he races and rides almost every day.

The only reason that I am selling is I gave my
YZ HOUSER to my wife and she could not start
the motor it has to much high compression for
her.I just put $1900 into a YFZ450 motor with
electric start.I would of just bought her a YFZ450
but she has always rode 250R geometry.So I
need to sell this awesome motor ASAP!!

You will also get the carb and wiring harness.
I will sell this beast for $1500. OBO shipped to
your door.Any offers will also be shipped to the
door.I will take almost any reasonable offer.This
motor has to go!!
If it does not sell in one week on the forums I
will be selling it on ebay.

Hi,
Kickstarter and kicker extender is not for sale(can find one on ebay easy)It is being used on the yfz450 motor for my wifes HOUSER.
I can have the kicker extender machined for you.You would need a 250r/yz250/yz400-450f kicker shaft and kicker bottom, any of those would work.Let me know if you need one I will get a price for you.

Hi,
Since I am not getting any serious buyers on the forums I am going to list this motor on EBAY Sunday afternoon.

You guys are missing out on a really nice and fast motor for the price.

I wish I could of found one with this much work done to it for this price back when I was looking for one.

IT DOES HAVE A YZ450F ROD IN IT AS WELL!!

THAT MIGHT HAVE CAUSED SOME CONFUSION.
