yeah,this is my sub-frame a couple days after i rolled the quad...it just brings tears to my eyes:(

Dont feel bad, mine looked the exact same way. Except mine was bent in the other direction. I was going to try to straighten mine out, but figured it would never be right again, so I just broke down dished out the cash for a new one.

what did you pay for a new one,i went to the local honda dealer and they want 358 bucks for a damn subframe...i hope they were wrong

I bought used from pappy, so it didn't hurt the wallet to much. Go to servicehonda.com and check on the price there. If I remember correctly, it is around 150 bucks...I think:ermm:

Well...I was wrong. The price of the subframe on servicehonda.com is 225. Still better than list though;)

Try to straighten it out! It will bend back pretty easy!

Well the quad can be fixed, at least you weren't injured too bad. That had to be a nasty wreck or you smacked the subframe just right. I'm very adept at crashing and my R has seen quite a bit of time wheels facing the sky but I never had anything like that happen.
Im either lucky or I need to ride harder :(
Hope you get her fixed up and its good you didnt get hurt too bad
