From the Ebay ad, which Im assuming are the same ones, they are 17.5" center to center.

sorry, im away but to answer the shock question, they are 19.25 long not 17.5. i measured the quad ont he floor.,

i have no title for the frame, nc does not require it.

the hood has one spot where the clear coating came of. i put epoxy on it looks ok, but i ran a little. i do have a pic but not on this computer. ill post it when i get home. thanks as for shipping it would be around 12$

Talked to you on the phone..Still interested in the PEP 20 clicks but your going to have to do better then 600..My cost on them new is 716, and retail is only 895..So if your willing to come off the 600 then we are defenetly interested..R3Concepts.
