go to one of those internet translators and do it.....its just a day where mexicans celebrate dead ancestors and make a bunch of food and decorate with carnations and visit the grave sites and stuff........we talked about it too....i hate spanish class....

It's for the memory of peoples ancestors that have died, though they do not go about it in a sad way, but rather a happy way. It goes back to the Incas (or is it aztec?) but at a different time of the year. The spanish that came to the "new world" wanted it to be closer to their similer holiday, "new hallows eve" or something like that.

They basicly just celebrate in memorization of their dead ancestors.

remember dead kids- Nov. 1st
remember dead adults-Nov. 2nd
