I'm looking to put a scooped 250r hood on my 400ex. Where is the best place to get these? I was looking at the Quadtech ones on e-bay, but they want $160 for those! isn't there anything cheaper??

why dont you just buy a quad tech hood for the 400ex

I have a Quad Tech hood carbon fiber with scoop. Used 2 hours like new. $125.00 shipped

they have some for the 400ex but it isnt scooped but the 250r one is and their hoods are way cheaper than quadtech

you can buy a maier 450r vented hood and fit it to your plastics - it's not perfect but fits ok


i have one on my 300 :cool:

i have feather carboons gas tank cover on my 400ex and it is very high quality stuff...plus if you leave his sticker on the hoods, he will replace it for free if it ever breaks

get the maier look alike carbon hood. 50 bucks... I think.

Look on ebay for a quad tech rip off hood. You can probably find one pretty cheap.

I've looked at those, but according to Rocky Mt they look differnt than the one I was looking for. I tryed to order one through Maier, but they won't ship to Canada. I'll try C&D Racing next, cause I have a big order for them anyway :devil:
