i dunno if it will show in the pic...or if it will even last but i painted some small pieces with mirage paint...it changes colors at different angles

i figured that would be the best place to see how well it will hold up...if it will chip if a spot gets knocked off there etc. we have been using it on various car parts and its been holdin up good...but i dunno this may be too much for it!

400ex127,,,,,,,,i deleted my post cause i didnt want to sound like i was flamin,,,,,,,,but thanks for replying,,,,,,,,,,it is cool.


i think i have some powder that is kind of like that,,,,not color changing but iridescent so you see one color on top of the other at certian angles.....like black with green, purple, or blue on top kind of like a pearl.

i think thats what i will have done, i got $400 worth of this paint free so i figured id play around a lil!

did you clearcoat that paint???? Also how much for one gallon of that stuff it looks sweet you been out on any rides since you painted it? keep us updated i wanna know how it holds up

i was told its $60 a pint! very friggon expensive. i sell auto stuff so i got free! they are coming out with a 3 can kit for $20 this week, i will let ya know if it lasts or not. i know it wont last on the skid...but i wanna see how bad it will get. i dont do mud so it should stay ok for awhile .the kit is on their site (http://www.duplicolor.com)

Can you put that on your exhaust or is it not rated for that high of a temp? Think I might go get some red and put it on a couple parts.. it looks cool.

well, i have it on my heat shield and it lasted ok. i rode for 3 hours today so i geuss it will be ok. ill keep ya posted
