Just put CRF450 timing chain in and new gaskets. That was real fun seeing i have never worked on a 4-stroke any more then taking the rocker cover off. But it was pretty simple and after figuring out how to get primary and oil pump gears off, and getting the timing perfect it was a piece of cake. HMF came in today. LSR +4 axle should be here this weeekend. Not sure what to do after that? Im thinkin a Hot cam and ugh...dono

Theres a couple things for you to do still get rear 8 inch beadlocks and front 4:1 offset front rims. I assume you have a stem already. Get a steering stabilizer and after u feel u have evrything look around for a set of used pep or axis sure it may handle good with the 450 shocks but wait till u put longtravel pep or axis on there.

man thats a nice 400. For "low budget" mods you have a decent c class race quad right there. Do you think you are getting an 06 450r?
