View Full Version : the 400ex. Might as well part it out

Well it needs jetted, new front brake lines, and some odds and ends. I put crf timing chain in it and the motor is quiet and sounds good. Idles great but is too rich to have any gas.

so you gonna sell it...why not take to a dealer have them jet it, then replace your brakes and go from there

jetting doesnt take long at all, its just a pain gettin it right, and brake lines wont take you that long to install. I say keep it and get the odds and ends so you can ride.

thats a nice lookin quad man. for just a few minor problems like that i definetelly wouldnt part the thing out.

im gonna put stock brake lines back on, go get the jets and put HMF on...we'll go from there

No that means he took his stock exhaust and destroyed it. If thats what he actually did.

but dude that is nice quad, just get the parts you need and atleast ride it for awhile to see if you wanna keep it
