ASAP Need Help Rear Brake Install??????

Hey guys i need help on a rear brake pad replacement i cant figure out how to push the brake cylinder down to fit the pads any suggestions Need help ASAP

Usually I can push mine back in with the handle end of a big screwdriver. Other than that you have to use a C clamp to push it in.
