shock problem

i was wondering which shock people are talking about when then say to put an 01 raptor rear shock on a 300ex.... i have an 99 300ex and was wondering which shock it is the 350 or 660 raptor shock and why an 01 instead of nething else thanks a lot

it has to be a 2001 Raptor 660 shock. All the other years use a piggy back model and it wont fit. 2001 uses a remote so you can hose clamp it too the frame. I have one and it is worth it.
