Mine is like that too:( A stick ran up thru it while my fiancee was riding it. At least it didn't damage the wiring and stuff (somehow that doesn't make me feel better....)

My fix was some duck tape. I know, I know...sounds stupid but it worked. I twisted a short length of it and ran that through the metal support piece and then stuck either end up under the rear fender. You should even be able to find colored duck tape at your local hardware store. I found a roll of yellow at Home Dept and it's a pretty close match. (sorry no pics, no digital camera)

And yes, it has been tested. Been on two rides and washed in between. Tape is still in place and fender no longer rattles.

quad_freak14,

What brand of rear plastics did you buy?? (Honda replacement or Maier, or...) Reason I ask is that I am wondering how well the colors matched up, I know that Maier suggests that you buy both front and rear to make sure the colors match...

thx! I think there are actually quite a few girls on this site.....
I like to see girls out enjoying the sport too. Hard to imagine how anyone can live without it. From the first minute I was on a quad, I didn;t want to get off and I HAD to have my own!!! :D :D
