ne1 got ideas or PICTURES on how to crank up the spring preload on rear shock? if ya got a pic of the tool, post it cause im all about makin my own tools.

all you need is a flathead screwdriver, there is one adjustment up top and one down low

no man the actual SPRING, ya know how to make it into a smaller space, compact it, PRE-LOAD... thanks josh

the two rings on top of the spring just loosen the top up and adjust the bottom one whichever way you want. Get the rear end in the air before you do it. I have no pics of the tool but it has a handle on one end and the other is a C looking thing with little tab sticking out. Wrenches would do just fine.

I use a flat head screw driver. When im setting a bike up i keep the top one loose and bottom one able to move easily and i can pull off, twist it up or down and keep riding.
