1991 Eclipse GS Turbo

Ok here is my daily driven eclipse. The car is currently not running. The car is in excellent shape with new paint. I just want to get back part of the money for the paint job that I just put on the car. Im not sure why the car doesnt run, I have removed the timing belt to check for head damage and there appears to be none. The car is front wheel drive/turbo/automatic(tranny shifts perfect)
