Have any of you had trouble mounting handguards on them? Mine are giving me trouble where it mounts in the middle.

Yup i had trouble,i had no room,i ran them for awhile but it ook them off,i didnt like how they were positioned.

The part that attaches toward the center are right on the hinged part, and will not let me use the mounts that came with the handguards.

I've heard that people have to make custom mounts for handguards.

Except for Powermadds', i've heard they go on Flexx bars without any modification....I shall see here in about a week:blah:

go to the flexxbars sticky... a guy on there shows how he made mounts. it looks easy. or get powermadds. mine went on easy

no there kinda cheesy. good for small twigs just dont really need to use them.

If I'm not mistaken, you can get barkbusters for the Powermadds. I also doubt that using the barkbusters will make much of a difference on the way they mount towards the inside of the bars. So they should fit, wether you get MX type, or Woods type.

I know for the Woods, I am very glad I have the Acerbis ones I do with the metal through them, if not I don't know how many times I would have smashed my hand. I think somebody just needs to start making a special set for the bars, and whichever company started making them first, I bet they would sell a ton...
