Oil leak

Ok I have a oil leak on the right side right where the black circle is on my 300ex. It leaks somwhere around that circle. Do I need to get a new gasket? Or is there somthing else I need to do? If I do get a new gasket, How do you guys put them on? Do you have to take the top end off?

nope, just pop the top rocker cover,,,,clean up the edges,,,use some gasket sealer (no the blue or orange) use yama bond honda bond or auto parts export car ( its grey) put some on and around the black plus,,,tighten down to specs and whaaaa laaa your done.
