You went from a 400ex to a 300ex? As far as I am concerned you couldn't get a better trail bike than a 300ex.

you put all 30ex to shame 300ex73

MX300ex what did you have to do to put the hood on your Maier raceing plastic? dose it line up flush? is it a 250r or 400ex hood?

anyways heres mine its not the nicest but not the uglyest

to mount the hood

i first cut down the middle of the plastic because the maiers are kinda wide and to make it look flush i pushed the sides together...

u might not have to do it with urs.

then after it was cut and the sides were squeezed together where i wanted it i marked where to drill the holes..

then i put it on to see if it was what i wanted..(u should try to line it all up before u drill the holes)

after i took the hood of and cut out the middle so you wont see the blue through the grill.

then cut out the sides near the tank so u wont see the plastic sticking out from under the hood

then ur done..if u need more help just pm me.

I didn't realize that you still had you 400 as well. I would love to have one of the 05 400ex's with reverse. That is the main reason why I got a 300ex.

you misunderstood me. I have nothing against mojaves, he asked for pictures of 300's so i gave him mine and didnt want him to get confused.

heyWhere did you get that Blingstar???? is it for a 400ex? last time i checked the 400's didnt fit on the 300's because the top would go under the plastic??

help me i want one soo bad haha

you can get the 400ex bumper but you would need to make spacers

id be embarassed i fhked my quad up pretty bad lol i blew out all my shocks goin off a 20 ft jump i fhked up pretty bad n reked like every thing lol but dat shid nice

the 400ex will work but mine is the 250r i made custom brackets.:D

here is my wifes 300ex...it will be for sale in the spring(easier to sell sport bikes in the spring, get more $$$ from them too). she is taking my 400ex and i am gonna buy a 450r...

thanks. the guy who i bought it from took GREAT care of it. you could see the thing shining from a mile away. ive tried so hard to take care of it, but racing is taking its toll on it.

Haha, It Looks and handles WAY better lowered. If it wasnt for my works breaking I would have a new g-force axle. To shine the rear end up. lol
