reusable oil filter [Archive]

Are they any good. I've been coming across them online alot lately and am wondering if anyone has one. They say the last oil filter you will have to buy. Sounds too good to be true. I even found one with a cover too. If I can find a link I will post it.

i have the crt oil filter and so far so good. i have only had it for 3 oil changes tho, but easy to clean, and it does the job. saves money in the long run.

i have decided that I am not going to get on just because RMATV sells the paper ones for 2.50 and I dont think that I will do 20 oil changes on my 300 just because i will probaly out grow it.

K&N makes them too. Iv'e heard that theres is the same technology used on indy cars

i just buy a new wix one everytime, cause they are like 3 bucks, and you can get them at o'reillys.
