I'm thinking of adding a scooped hood to the 400. my question is how ? do I cut off my stock lights? and cut out a hole for the scoop to direct air? lmk

Just take out the headlight and cut off the red overhang where the ignition mounts.

where then would you put the ignition? just have it hanging or something?

ya i'll tell you how to make a ignition panel cuz its easy .... jus measure the handle bar mounts cut a peice that wide and about 3 1/2 down drill the mounting holes first... drill ignition hole i don't beleavie their is a exact bit for that i jus drill a llittle small and sanded the edges till the ignition fit in their tightly the drill the light hole or holes about a a 1in away from it then paint it any color you want and mount it up and run your ignition and light up under handle bar mount
