I rebuilt my bike after being torn down for 2 weeks. The carb is a 39 FCR and before it ran great. As of right now the bike idles fine and will rev OK. The problem is if I go from idle to full throttle quickly the engine bogs and dies. What could this be? Thanks for the help!!!

No one here has had this problem with a FCR?

try bumping up your idle, make sure the spark plug is good too.

That hesitation when you chop the throttle real quick is also sort of an inherant problem with the FCR's. The accererator pump does too good a job by squirting too much fuel too quickly into the intake.
Boyesen makes an accelerator pump plate for the FCR's and claims it corrects the hesitation but I don't have any experience with it. My 39 has always had that but i've learned to deal with it, it only does it really off idle. You're supposed to roll into the throttle on a 4 stroke anyways so that's what I do and it still rips.
