mostly everyone has said ac...but my friend said that the bolts always come loose on them..is this true?

I have X-factor pro pegs, price is good and product is awesome, The pegs have replaceable outers so you don't need to file them when they get worn down.
I love them!!!

AC ProPegs are very nice, although it took 6 months to get them. It was well worth the wait.

I had AC Pro Petgs on my quad for several years and recently switched over to the Pro Armor pegs.

The AC pegs I have came with the heel guards, which were ALWAYS coming loose and rattling around, one of them actually wore a hole in the top fo the Nerf!! My only other complaint is that they were a PITA to put on, using one of the motor mount bolts to hold them in place wasn't such a great idea, IMHO. They also wore through the powdercoat right at that same location... I wasn't too happy about that.

The Pro Armors W/pegs I'm runnig now have served me very well. I like the fact that they use the rear lower A-Arm bolt to hold the fronts in place (they supply you with a longer bolt of the same quality as stock). This also means that you actually end up with more protection from the Pro Armors than you do with the AC's because they go up the frame farther. The Pro Armor set also uses a "bolt on" grup on the pro-peg. The peg itself is fully welded into the unit, but the gripper part is bolted on, making it easy to replace when it wears down. When the AC's wear down.. you're out of luck, as the gripping surfave of the peg is an integral part of the nerf itself.

The pegs on the Pro Armor also have a Kick-up on the end, which so far has been a real life saver. The angle is just right to take agressive corners. The other thing that Pro Armor did was include extra straps to close up the gap between the nerf and the frame.. this gives the webbing additional support.

Now, I've tried the DG Fatboys, the DG Steel (total JUNK), the AC's, the Pro Armors, several other types... out of all of them, I prefer the Pro Armors.

i have those exact nerfs you pictured and i like them alot but man they where a PITA to put on the front bars didnt line up straight thye met at a slight angle and we had to bend them straight with a big vice but other than having problems putting them on i really like them the peg is real wide and grips good

BUT if i was to buy nerfs agian i would look into the blingstar nerfs the natalies use bolts to hold the nets and the racer nerfs have the pegs all the way out ot the edge which is awesome for corners from what ive heard. they are right at the 300 mark but id definately look into their nerfs before buying

1. blingstar either one
2. proarmor (great product and you wont have trouble installing them)
3. the AC propegs (ones you pictured)

thats just MHO
