there already is a dual pipe set out there . I think its looney tune exhaust that makes it.

i have metal shop and i want 2 make an exhaust 4 my quad

Well the only think i could say is trial and error when making something from scratch. i would start out by keeping the head pipe dia. and then step it up to the size of a normal slip-on and get two slip-on mufflers and your done.

i think he is looking for dual headers and dual cans. the dmc uses one can (silencer).
