Did I get scammed on eBay?

I just won this supercharger, and not even a week later the SAME guy is selling the SAME product. I already sent him my money. Did I get scammed? It's the same picture!

I'm working on it. You can look it up in his other auctions until I get it to work. Its 3.8 Supercharger Ford Thunderbird Mustang Cougas Kit V6 and Item # 8009031996

Once you supercharge your stang get ready to start blowing head gaskets. The 3.8 had lots of problems with that so good luck.

It's hard to say, I buy and sell on ebay alot, I was going to buy a 400ex but the deal sounded too good to be true, so with a little digging into his past, he had sold the Quad 3 times, same pic and description on each auction.
The guy you bought your item from may have more and just hit the relist button, it automatically relists the same auction, description and all.
I do this with tires that i sell, when 1 sells i just hit relist and it goes again.
You will have to ride it out, If it doesnt show up within 3 weeks you've been hit.

might not have been scammed i kno alot of people these days are selling on ebay...some people buy stuff in bulk and sell it on e bay and double their money

or he might be a dealer or something and has alot of the same product and instead of taking 30 different pictures of each and every S/C he just uses the same pic for every one...get what im sayin

I dont think so .... he has almsot perfect feedback and by the name he sounds like a dealer .... i know at where i work say we have to of the same pistons .... we use the relist button also .... comes up with the same picture to ....

really only depends on what year 3.8. the earlier '94's and 95's had headgastket problems, but i haven't heard of them from later syles. my friend has a supercharged 99 and it hasn't had any problems and it has 98k miles on it 30 of which had the s/c on it. if you are worried about it get a new set of gaskets and put on it since it won't be to much work while you are putting the s/c on it.

The head gasket problems seemed to end in 95, from what my research showed me.


I am not getting scammed. I was just notified from UPS with a tracking number. Sounds like he might have more than one afterall. And yes, it is a business. Midwest Mustang out of Kansas. Thanks for all the replies though! That's proof that there are decent people on here afterall :)
