View Full Version : Bent front wheel.Man this sucks

OK.Me and my buddy's were riding and My friend with is honda crf450r dirt bike let someone ride it and he jumped a hill and landed on flat ground and bent the rim.but we didn't know till yesterday.i guess it must not have been bent that bad,but we kept ridin it and it must have seperated more.cause we didn't feel it wobbling or anything till yesterday.So now he has to buy a new front rim and it sucks.What's a good aftermarket front rim that he could get?He's got like 350 dollars ready to spend.

almost enough to get hipers... check out douglas and itp. he may want to look at the reinforced outer lip.

He must of really jumped high! I use to jump my cr80 wfo 10ft up to a flat landing atleast 45 times a day


Look around on ebay and cycle traders, even the dealerships or shops.

he can get a set fo excell wheels laced for about that much!

The second day i had my 450r my friend rammed into me and tacoed my rim. I was pissed but it wasnt his fault it was rainin and he tried to stop but just slid.

man that sucks.i guess i'll look on ebay.yeah he jumped high.it was a big like coal hill kinda.Like black dirt.He launched off that thing.
