ITP Round 9 pics!!!

Hey guys!!!! We just had round 9 of the ITP Quadcross race - this time it was on the back track at Glen Helen - and usually the back track is NOT technical at all, but this time they ran it backwards and made some really fun jumps out there!!! The dirt was great, and it was just alot of fun!!!!

Since Jason and I had to race back to back, I had to snap off pictures while I was prepping my own gate and staging to race as soon as they pulled out the checkers on the Pro class- I didn't get alot of pics of the Pros....but we did get alot of the amateurs and the women's classes.........

First heat holeshot for the Pro's.....we had a tiny gate, so they had to split the 14 or so Pro's into two heats for the first race.....actually it was just two gates......

OK!!!!! Had to put up my crash pics - because crash pics are COOL! Thanks to Teresa Creech, she was there at the right time and she got off some great sequence shots!!!!! Thanks Teresa!!!!

I hit a hole coming around the corner in about 4th gear.....hit the hole, it jerked the quad way wide.....my hand flew off the bars......and I thought i was going to pull out of it, I couldn't figure out why the quad wasn't turning back the left (didn't know it was up on two wheels) - then it was just too late.......my head hit the ground and all I saw was a white flash....then I just remember crawling off the track and looking up to see about 5 people already there to help!!! :) I hear I actually flipped with the quad two times.....but I don't remember........cool pics though!! I got up and finished my moto.....can't get a DNF!!!

Here's pic one.....don't ask me how both legs got over to one side of the quad......I think when it swapped out so bad my leg got flung over....not sure....I don't normally ride like that! lol!!!

Dana Creech won the overall - I know Jeremy crashed in one of his motos.....I heard Kory also crashed? Not sure.....I was staging and getting set for my holeshot during the Pro motos.......

Hopefully BigKidRacing will have some good race coverage for us soon! :)

i never did see kory crash schell crashed right in front up my as his quad fliped over the burm and the table whoops looked pretty bad.

that picture of me is passing for second place coming back from last. my chained poped off while i was in the lead.
