400EX stroker exhaust system?

has any one ever heard of stroker exhaust systems? I looked at a 400EX tonigt and it had a stroker exhaust pipe and header. I havent ever heard of these before, it was a nice looking pipe and all i just dont know wha thye put out compred to other systems. if anyone has had any experince with these negative or postive it would be nice to hear.
