i have an 87 250x engine for sale. the engine has a brand new barnett HD clutch kit, brand new pressure plate and more. ran when taken from quad, but needs new rings. right now the timing might be off from fiddling around with it. valves look good, and so does the piston. all seals are good, and so are all the bearings. the only problem with the engine is that it has a slight oil leak that they guy before me tried to repair with JB weld, but it still leaks. the chain broke and cracked the case, which is the cause of the leak. the engine does hold oil for a long time, but should be checked before every ride. it should hold enough oil for a few weeks, and should be topped off every few weeks. the engine does come complete with stator, flywheel, kickstart lever, shift lever, etc... i will sell this engine cheap. let me know if anybody is interested by e-mailing me at: a250rrider38@yahoo.com
