New 400EX no oil on filter

Hello All,

I just picked up my new 2002 400EX Saturday and I did my own check on it and found that the air filter was dry! No oil on it at all!!! Luckily I know for a fact that it just came out of the crate the day before. However, has anybody else seen this? I picked up a bottle of Maxima FFT for it. Just curious if anybody else has seen this.

What dealership did you get it from? I have know several people (including myself) that got 02 EX's form various dealerships and never heard of a problem....

Did you let the dealership know....check everything else out real careful too, bolts, etc...
