I have an extremely clean 416 EX that i have to get rid of. I have a 2002 Honda 400Ex bored to a 416 with a stage 2 hotcam, high compression je piston, omf scoops, scorpion slip on pipe, renthal handlbars, ac nerf bars, and probably a few other items. The rebuild was done by travco motorsports, and i have just finished the break in period. Awesome, clean quad!! I am asking 3500 OBO. Any questions or comments let me know. I have a pic i can email, it says it is to big to post, and i am to computer stupid to resize it. I can be contacted at 618-843-2416, and my email is drail_22@yahoo.com

i might offer a little more if you can get some more pics and what kind of condition is the 400ex in and does it ever die on you or does it have any leaks

I have some more pics but it is with the plastic off of it. I can send them to you though if you give me your email address. The quad never dies, starts right up everytime, and doesnt leak at all. The oil is changed frequently, and it doesnt use a drop of oil. There is not a thing wrong with it. It is ready to rip!! Let me know what you think.

Send me the pics to gwehmeyer@sbcglobal.net
What was the reason the quad engine had to be rebuilt?

thanks

I will send the pics asap. And it was rebuilt because when i bought it the rings were bad in it, and i wanted something a little peppier so i decided just to revamp it. Let me know what you think.

I am currently at school and wont be home until the weekend of the 18th so i can send them to you then. I havent rode it since that picture though. The quad sits exactly the same as you see it there. I go home every two weeks and let it warm up and that is about it. I just dont have time to ride it.

Ok, just let me know. It is spotless ready to go. It is ready to rip through the trails. It needs nothing, unless you are real particular, then it needs new decals.

Can you run it on regular 87 octane gas?
Does it need any certain type of oil with the aftermarket parts it has on it?
thanks

I think i can run regular gas in it, but i always put premium in it. And i just run run the honda motor oil in it. I probably have a few extra quarts i can give you with the quad.
