What is included in the 2005 Honda Power up kit foor an 05??


Just bought a 05 450, What do you wall suggest doing to this thins first?

Put a HRC jet kit in or Dyno-jet kit in.
K&N air filter with pre filter or UNI filter.
Put a slip-on pipe on or a full pipe on.
Cut your stock lid like the HRC lid or buy a HRC lid on E-bay.


With the HRC kit you get a Cam,airbox lid, snorkle, exhaust tip,HRC needle and jet,and a bigger crankcase breather tee.

What is the difference between the years. I seen some HRC kits wiht a header and a couple more things. Whats the difference between these different kits. does it depend on what year the quad is. Do different year HRC kits come with different things?

The header is for the 06 450Rs Yes they are different. The parts I stated is for the 05 450Rs.

for the 05 isn't there two different hrc kits? when i went into my honda dealership they said there was one that was a change in cams and another that would be the jetting and all that stuff you listed?is this the case?

I only know of two HRC kits. One for the 05 and one for the 06.
