I just bought some silver plastic. Is this stuff as hard to put on as it seems? Looks to be a pain. With all the mounts and drilling. One other ? I notice that there is only 1 large fin,tab .what ever you calli it that connects to the side panels.Will the stock side panels still work?I have to cut a hole for it or what?

I had maier and HATED them. Nothing lined up properly, they wer a beeitch to install

Did you buy them for the 400ex??
I was finally able to afford to buy dif. plactic this go around.

yup for the 400. What did you do abouy the single tab where the side panels connect?

yeah mine dont like up for **** either. that tab always pops out within 2 minutes of riding it. the big dumbo ear front fenders flop around a lot too...

Same here ,and my rear fenders were like that too.. I hope my Fullbore is better...:ermm: I even ended up making more holes to tack things down more stable , my side pieces were HORRIBLE!Ill have to dig up some pics
