polaris scrambler 50 governor??

Do the polaris scrambler 50's have a governor on them, if so how do you disable it????

with our '02, there were 4 restrictors on. A cap over the exhaust pipe exit. A washer in the head pipe (take the pipe loose from the head and pope the washer out of the pipe). The Throttle limiter screw.

And finally, the CDI box. You can get a High perforance unit from someone like WRH racing and certain ETon units can be used to replace it... we got ours off of ebay. The scorck CCDI has a really low rev limiter on it.

Depends on what year it is . I know the newer ones have a jumper on the CDI and the screw on the throttle. The 2003 and newer dont have any exhaust restrictors
