Get an 11.1 compression piston, try to find a JE if possible, im not sure if they make .80 over's, but I know they make 330 pistons, and they run great. The for a cam, get a web cam stage 2. The only downfall is that you will have to get hardened rocker arms, and HD valve springs.

Don't Listen to thios fool, he dosnt know a damn thing about 300ex/250xs. :chinese: lol Get a stage 3 web cam with the hardened rockers and H/d valve springs. I would go with a .080 12:1 piston cause you will have a ton more bottom end with the extra comp. I know when a bumped my compresion up to around 12:1 it helped ALOT.

Here we go rollie, if you want the ultimate 300ex motor:

12:1 Weisco .80 over piston
P&P intake only
Mill/shave the head
Sparks or TC "MX" Grind cam
Sparks or TC Larger intake valves, titanium retainers
hardend rocker arms
Unlimited CDI Box
Uni FIlter
Barnett Clutch
TC Exhaust
cant forget the Lectron carb = amazing
you can also shave the flywheel but your taking a chance of breaking the key.
You could also get a heavy duty rod since you have a built motor..

now, if you arent outpulling other 300ex's and blasters in the Youth Production class...it isnt the motors fault so you have no excuses..

Haha I love you dirk. :D Dirk I say just send it to sparks, don't you? :p

Hey Moto49X, I remember your old 300's. What do you think of the Barnett clutch. I need a new one really bad and I was wondering if Barnett is actually any good.
