I AM LOOKING OT GET A YFZ 450 OR A RAPTOR 700 WHAT IS BETTER?

what kind of riding do you do? if your just trail riding or just free riding i would go with the 70 but if you race at a track get the 450

WELL IT 4 MY friend ..he wants the raptor 700...but were going to ride on a track..not really racing..but riding hard..i told him to get the yfz

yfz for track/sand/fileds.

700r for trails,mud,etc.

I'd pick the yfz

I just hate raptors, they are top heavy, their might be a problem with the 700 since its new, like there was with the gearing on the 660's and frames on z's and stuff like that

yfz's are built to race, are fast, they are true 450's now and they got the suspension, frame, motor, everything awsome on them, I mean, they are the sport quad of the year in every magazine

i say the raptor, but i like them cause they just sound loud. i'm biased though.

i'd got with the 450 specially since i heard somewhere that the 700 isn't real fuel injection but i cant member where i heard that:confused:

Also the ride in it self, the 700 is more plush and forgiving where the 450 is more stiff and not so forgiving. I never really appreciated the shocks on my Z 'till i rode my buddies 450 and another buddies rappy (660) through the whoops was a ***** then i got on mine jumping razor's and skipping across the whoops and man is there a HUGE difference. All though that bike is more fit for him because he is ten times the rider i am so depending on your friends riding background look at the two and take it into consideration.:chinese:

no offense but im tired of when people do this they ask which quad is better but they never say what the are is that they will be ridding in or what their looking to do with it:o

ok, here's my opinion. I would deff. go with the 450 because the 700 is brand new and it's gonna have re-calls and problems and stuff that they still have to work out. Atleast wit the 450's, they have had time to improve them. Also, my buddy just got the 700 and it's way heavier than my 400ex
