i have oil drips on the clutch side in between the case and the cylinder. it had 2 drips yesterday on the side of the case and now its got like 4 after riding today for about an hour. is this the base gasket? can i let it be until i have enough money to bore it?

What quad?

If it's a 400ex it may be dripping from the oil filter cover......

ya its a 400. it looks as if its directly below the sleeve barrel

did u check the o ring on the covers or the gaskets?
