we had a full set done on our YFZ by Derisi, but C&D did our 450R stockers. they both preform extremely well!

I have my works on my ex done by Derisi. Im going to send my 450s shocks to him soon to get done. I cant say anything about anyone else. But I know Derisi backs up his work 100%. If you are not satisfied send them back and he will change them. He asks you what you are running and all the questions to get the shocks as close as possible. Derisi also does every shock himself.

I have Derisi revalved stock 450R shocks and they are great. If you dont' have the $$ for Custom Axis, go with Derisi.

I got mine done about 1.5 months ago. It took a day or so of riding to dial it in to my liking. Now that I got them dialed im just as happy with these as I am with my 416's elka's.

No more buck in the rear, and no swapping under hard ecceleration. I have to say this was one if not the best mod I put on my 450r. Second i'd say was widening it.

how do they compare to aftermarket shocks? Can you tell a big difference between aftermarket's and converted? Whats the difference between GT Thunder and Derisi

From my experience I have my atv's setup about the same. My 416ex has elka standard travel triple rates on the front and dual rate on the rear. My 450r's rebuilds are setup the same way. Now that I dialed them in I can honestly say they handle about the same. Time will tell if they need to be serviced more than the elka's. This is going to be my 3rd season on my elka's. I dont ride it as much since I have th 450 dialed in better now.

Lonestar_R I'm having trouble decicing on who to do my stock shock rebuild. What is prgressive wound springs?

the coils get tighter wound towards the top of the shock is the best way to describe it......look at GT Thunders website...you will see the what the springs look like.....and then look at Derisi's website and you can see the dual or triple rate springs......I am still undecided on what to do....maybe a dual rate rear from Derisi and a Revalve on my old TCS's off of my 250R.....does anyone know if Santo will revalve and respring other company's shocks.....I'm sure he would....my TCS's work very well.....but look like hell....
