450r stock shocks and a-arms

will 450r shocks (front and rear) fit on on 400ex and will they be better?? and what will the 450r aarms do? are the longer??

the 450r shocks will bolt up to the front of the 400ex w/ minor mods to the upper shock mount and top of the shock,the rear however will bolt up but is shorter and you lose some travel & it just felt like a huge step in the wrong direction to me.but the front feels alot better than the stockers and alot of shops are re-valving & re-springing them for the 400ex.from what i have heard the a-arms off the 450r will not bolt up,you might want to try a search,somebody will know. good luck!
