How hard would it be to rig up a 450R tail light onto my 2000 400ex?

The 450r is a brake light.

If you want the brake light to work you'll need switches at the levers to activate it. You can use banjo bolt switches on both or for the front brake you can use the neutral switch box from the clutch lever and put it on the brake lever. I think a hole will need to be tapped to attach it. For the rear a mechanical switch from some motor cycles will work.

If someone can tell me which connector goes to what on the back of the brake light i'll be good to go;)

I forgot the new 400's have brake lights too. Just having the tail light should work if you know what wires go where.

Can you tell me what the color and position the wires are on the back of your light?

Yea, i'm putting a brake light on mine but I don't have the plug for it so I have to either hard wire it of find/make a plug.
