I race mostly mx and I am getting long travel front end setup and I need to know what to do in the rear. I dont know to get just a elka dual adjust w/rebound and comp and w/the linkage with the stock swingarm or get the same setup with a longer arm. I have put a bunch of money in it so far and dont really want to spend the extra for a swing arm unless it is really worth it.

I've talked to elka over the phone and they told me the +1 swingarm is good for holeshots, and whoops, but they told me stock length is better for jumping and stuff so i just put the single link ,dual rate comp. rebound adjustment shock on mine with the stock swinger and it makes an unbelievable diffrence. So you really dont have to buy a swinger unless you want it longer ,i dont think the suspension works to much diffrent.

go with a + 1.25" swinger.

mutch easier to break the tires loose in the corners and I say better air control.

elka linkage but their shocks are way over rated works can build a very race caliber shock
all on a laeger swingarm
