Wheel Offset

How do you measure wheel offset? I put on a new set of front wheels on and it made the front end really wide, the stem is on the outside. It looks like they might be a 4:1 offset(4" outside, 1" inside) What do I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks, D :confused: :confused: :confused:

I think this is going to cause too much bump steer and really abuse the spindles.

I almost forgot, they are Douglas 10" black labels.

they are probably a 2+3 offset a 4+1 offset is narrow

Thanks Colby, Do I measure from the center to the lip of the rim?
