Best 416 Kit?

Finally decided to go with a 416 High Comp kit for reliability and money reasons. Anway I'm wondering what the best 416 kit is, how much it costs, and where to find it? Also, how much difference will I notice from my stock motor (slip-on and jetted) to the 416 with High Comp Piston, HotCam and Full Exhaust (also thinking of a 39mm FCR Carb)?
