I have douglas rear rims that i have for a yamaha. I dont have any yamahas anymore so i was wondering if there was a way to redrill it to fit a honda pattern. I kno its been done before but do i have to take it somewhere or can i do it myself?

Yes it can be done. Do it yourself if you feel comfortable. Just make sure you drill it in the center or they will be unbalanced

I would think it woudl take a lot of measuring to get it just rite. if it is event a 1/16th of an inch off it will make one heck of a rough ride.

to do it right youd have to clamp it down on a mill table and indicate it in on center. after that it would be simple to drill new holes on the pattern. Do you know any machinists?

OR sell them on ebay and buy the correct ones.

You could get a wheel adaptor with the lug pattern you need, and use it as a guide.
