Now that racing season is over I am thinking at buying a new top end setup for my boys Polaris 90. How many people have this set up and how does it perform?? What kind of gains can I expect?

Rich's porting reflects your desired riding style. MX, XC etc... Most times, you will notice a strong mid-top end gain.

Yes I do and it makes a world of difference. I HIGHLY recommend it. You will notice a difference the second you fire it up. It even sounds different. My son's Kasea 90 has the b52 kit,28mm carb and Hetrick pipe. It is a screamer:devil:

A 112 that sounds cool but we have to stay at 90cc in the XC series by boy races in. We are running a Hetrick pipe, 20mm carb, Koso intake, Malossi reeds and Hetrick airbox. Can you still run pump gas ? We were running Sunoco GT 104 but it went up to $6.25 a gallon:eek: We are running Amoco ultimate and Klotz oil at 32:1.

I run 91 oct at 32:1 with no problems what so ever. Get the b52 and get a larger carb and he will be flying. I don't think the 20mm carb will be enough

I know several people that have used the 24 with good results. I just beleive the 20 will be to small because the b52 needs to breath.

We have the B-52 kit on our Polaris Predator and it's well worth it. If you're looking to win races that's the way to go. We ran in D-4 ATV/MX and no one could touch it. Then moved on to the ATVA TT Nationals and took 3rd in the points championship our first year at the National level. It's my opinion that if you want to win races and have a fast mini quad Rich Hetrick is the person you need to talk too, bottom line is he's got many years experience in building these machines and porting and polishing is like art work. He knows what works and what doesn't. Check out our Preddy it's forsale if anyone's interested. I posted it in the classified section here on this site or you can view it at www2.nycountry.com/tunen2u

Thanks for all the help. Sounds like the way to go. I have been dealing with Hetricks for a while and to me they are the best. Always answer their phones and always have the time to help out and answer questions. I will call them next week and see what we can get set up, hopefully we can use the same carb setup since I just put it on first of the race season
