are any year stock axles adjustable? the one that was on my 86 had a 1inch spacer on each side and im not sure if it is stock or not. if the stock isnt does anyone know what kinda axle this could be? i wll get pics when i get home

I don't belive they were, I've never known of a stock axle that was adjustable, get a pic and I can tell ya, or someone that knows more will give you a better answer.

ya i didnt think so but its the one that came with my quad and the dude didnt say anyhting about it. it has like 1 inch spacers that go over the splines on the end to adjust it. it looks like the color of a stock tho. its not chrome its like the bronze color or whatever

I believe that the 85-86 ATC 250r was adjustable, it may be one of those.

Yeah my axle has those little spacer things in um too. It dosent look like you would have that much adjustablitily in it though.

85-87 has them, but my 89 dont, not sure about 88..

that lip at the end of the splines is also a pressed on spacer(for those who might not have known)
