need help poasting pictures

could someone please tell me how to poast pictures with my adds.i have not been able to figure it out

all u do is click the browse buton and pic the pic u want. if it wont load it on then u need to make the pic smaller by right clicking on the mouse and hitting edit pic

i've tried,but i can not figure out to down size my pictures.thanks for your help
