If your looking for software to load your Ipod up and manage the songs, iTunes is your best bet.

I'd d/l limewire - free and easy!

www.limewire.com

d/l you songs then hit explore, right click you song and send it to your jump drive when its hooked up to your comp ;)

Use iTunes. It is designed to work with the iPod. You can download songs from CDs or through limewire or any other file sharing program and then put them into iTunes. You do have the option to pay for songs if you wish, but you can also download them and then put them in your library. It is really user friendly after you get used to it, it's awesome for organizing your music. Congrats on the purchase, nothing like having 24 hours worth of music in the palm of your hand or in your car NOT skipping with every bump you hit:o

Yep, I bought my wife a 30gig photo for her birthday and I find myself getting a Nano in the future after using her's for awhile.

I dont care what the anti-ipod people say, I have yet to see a MP3 player that is as easy to use and performs as well as the latest iPods.
