yfz 450 shock adjustment help

hi i have yfz 450 and need some onfo on how to adjust themm.i need to soften them..i want ot lower it a bit in the front and ream con some1 explain how to..??thanks......

to lower it there should be a threaded looking thing under the shock with 2 rings on it. Loosen the top one and take the bottom one up to the top and tighten them together when you're at the right height. To soften adjust your ion adjuster. but make sure you preload is set on the right position also
