I just had double hernia surgery the day after my 40th birthday. It pretty much sucked big time. On the bright side, it's been a week, and I'm feeling much better now.

How bad was the whole surgery quadfather? I might have to get it for a single hernia after football season ends.

The first day sucks bad. Sitting up and down is horrible. Don't even think abou coughing or sneezing. If you do, it feels like someone is cutting you in half with a chainsaw.

It's been a week today, and the pain is about gone.

I've had them for three years. It was time to get it done. I was miserable.

I heard getting a single done isn't bad, at all. Go get it repaired. A lot of things can go bad if you don't get it fixed.

If I had to do it again, I would.

Good luck with everything .

Prednisone has some serious side effects . I was on it when I was a kid , and I had gained like 60 lbs in a matter of a few months . It was also very hard on the liver and intestines , which required surgery to fix . :ermm:
