One word...NO. I've been almost thrown about four times. Get the rear revalved by someone that knows there stuff.

i can say it helped my 400ex..ther is still more buck there than i expected or would like...but i am still adjusting everything as i have only had it for about a month and half...been too busy to put a lot of time into get it dialed completely in...but if you are def. gonna get the elkas within a year, just wait and put the 250 towards the elkas

why dont you just slow your rebound on your rear shock. I raced yesterday on a very whooped out track, and i was literally hanging on by the bars from bucking around. In the second moto i slowed my rebound in my rear shock alot and it helped the bucking alot.

i may be wrong.. but all this b!tching didnt go on about the bucking rear end till they heard it from honda when they were fixing the 06 swingers

NO, you've got me wrong here, I haven't had my shock redone yet (No issues with GT Thunder, I'd have them do mine). But I have a +1.25 swinger and GT linkage. Rebound is down 90% and can still get bucked sometimes.

You've obviously never jumped a stock 450r on a moto track

dont flame me for this, but my stock rear shock DOES NOT buck! i told myself when i got the quad that it wasnt gonna buck, even though i read about this on exriders WAYYY before i bought my quad. till now, and until i get my revalve this winter, my quad will not buck on me. i tell myself that before every practice, and it listens.
