is the je 10.6:1 better than the wiseco 11:1 i ask because i have heard that wiseco are not accuate about there compression ratio
this is on a 400ex and i dont run a base gasket and only the thin head gaskets off a stock set.

PS: i run stock cyclinder, i had a wiseco and it was fine but i wouldnt be afraid of more power. and yes i got a good cam and pipe to go with it

when you hear wiseco isnt accurate with their compressions, its because when you read you are buying an 11:1 compression piston, that is the compresion with xr400 gaskets, thinner than 400ex gaskets, therefore raising the compression.

if you take a 11:1 wiseco and run it with no base gasket and a xr400 gasket your compression will be over 11: 1.

I think wiseco bought out JE, or vise versa... maybe it was just a rumor though... so either one is probably going to be the same. i personally like JE more
