I have never seen a 400EX with a Fatboy 4 on it. I think the Sparks is a great looking, sounding pipe.

Ive seen one,but it was modified..

I have Duncans PC4000 kit on mine and would LOVE to try this pipe and compare it to my Yoshi .

I just wish the full system wasnt so darn expensive :ermm:

I have it on my 440. I think its a great setup, mine has a spark arrester in it, its not restrictive at all and it is not loud. I will post a pic later if I get the opportunity.

what's the difference in the x-4 and x-6, I know the x-4 is for a more mild motor, but which is bottom end, size, etc????

I can't remember but they are approximately the same. I think the X-6 is a race pipe. They are both available in the big core I believe which is louder.

you know Bro, I really think that this pipe will only work with this silencer. I think most of the systems are that way, but I am not sure. as far how it sounds, well its definately authoratative. I don't know how it will sound on your machine, I think that a built motor sounds a little different than a stocker or a near stocker. This silencer has a spark arrester in it as well, but it does not restrict flow at all. It is on the quiet side compared to the aftermarket systems out there, which is nice. Definately louder than stock, and loud, just not insanely loud like some of the pipes out there.

This is my other machine. It has the Sparks X-6 on it, a great system, but a bit rowdy noise wise. I think the Fat Boy may be a better system because of that, but I feel performance wise, they are pretty close. Check out the Big Fin head Mod on that red EX I posted. Bet you don't see that every day!

steal away, I got my question answered, I now just need to decide if the noice if a big enough problem to go with Sparks. But the FATBOY is one bad pipe as well
